The staff, particularly a wonderful young lady named Sol, demonstrated a sweet and accommodating attitude towards my elderly parents, ensuring their comfort throughout our visit. The soundproofed rooms provided a tranquil escape from the bustling city outside, allowing us to relax and recharge. I was also pleased to find a well-appointed shared kitchen where we could prepare our own meals, fostering a sense of camaraderie among guests. The hotel's prime location made it incredibly easy to explore nearby attractions without the need for transportation. Franca City is a gem in the heart of the city, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking an exceptional lodging experience.
